Class Description: Join us for this fun, hands-on class and learn secrets for creating authentic, fresh roasted acorn squash curry and pumpkin gratin.
Chef Gill Boyd will teach you the techniques for creating a delicious baked persimmons and ginger. You will master the technique of making kale cabbage slaw.
What To Expect: Great cooking isn't about recipes—it's about techniques. In this class you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by Chef Gill Boyd.
